25-Year Director’s Final Cut - Blade Runner

This has been on my mind for awhile, didn’t show up in my xmas stocking but it’ll be around soon enough, have no doubt. I like the point made here, that all the “Net lore made ‘Blade Runner’ a richer experience.” All the FAQs and behind-the-scenes recountings add more texture to the movie. And the movie itself remains a powerhouse, sure it’s still a very 80s vision (no cellphones, early MTV costumes) but nothing too completely over the top — it all looks vaugely plausible, hauntingly familiar.
